Job summary

The role emphasizes requirements elicitation, creating user stories, process maps, and BRDs within an Agile/Scrum environment, using tools like Visio and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation experience.
• Experience creating user stories, process maps, use cases, and functional specs.
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills essential.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting business and technology projects.
• Strong experience with requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Experience creating user stories, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting software development projects.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or SQL.
