Job summary

Amarr, a part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Winston-Salem, NC office. You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology initiatives, working with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

You will facilitate workshops, create user stories and process diagrams, and support testing, training, and end-user adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting business and technology projects.
  • Strong experience with requirements elicitation and documentation.
  • Experience creating user stories, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
