Are you looking to launch your career in IT and business strategy? We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our Facilities Services team. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with diverse divisions to boost operational efficiency through innovative technology. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, helping us build a more connected and data-driven organization. As the IT Business Analyst, you will serve as an entry-level analyst supporting Facilities Services by collaborating with approximately 15 divisions to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency through the evaluation, design, and implementation of technology solutions. In this position, you will work closely with Facilities Information staff and business stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate operational needs into functional system requirements.
This is a full time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. This is an on-site/in-person role at the WSU Pullman campus in Pullman, WA. Monthly Salary: $6,189 to $8,327 | Range 03IT (Steps A-M) | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
