Qualifications

• Proven BA experience in an IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, ADO, or similar tools.
• Experience with CAB processes and ITSM frameworks.
• Ability to write detailed functional documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
