The IT Business Analyst supports new projects and the ongoing enhancement and stability of existing data, reporting, and analytics platforms by independently performing requirements analysis, documentation, testing coordination, and agile delivery support. This role works closely with product owners, developers, and senior analysts to ensure business needs are clearly defined, well documented, and delivered with quality. The ideal candidate can operate independently on initiatives and has a solid data and technical foundation with analysis experience in a Financial Services firm; preferably focused on insurance and / or finance.

Base salary/hourly rate range for this position in Connecticut is between $80,000 and $95,000. Base salary is just one component of Wilton Re’s total compensation package for employees. Additional compensation includes annual performance‑based bonus, 401K with employer contribution, and profit‑sharing program. Employee may also be eligible for long‑term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
