San Diego Organizing Project in San Diego is seeking an IT Director to oversee the IT/BI function, align technology with business outcomes, and partner with the COO and leaders on strategic direction. You will lead IT infrastructure, business applications, cybersecurity, and business intelligence to deliver value across the organization.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to shape a rolling IT/BI roadmap while maintaining high standards for service delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years in an IT leadership role with alignment to business goals.
• Experience managing enterprise applications and IT infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and facilitate technology strategy aligned with goals.
• Oversee IT/BI strategy, portfolio management, and roadmap.
• Lead BI, security, applications, infrastructure and user support.
• Mentor the IT/BI team and manage vendor contracts and SLAs.
