You will align technology resources with short-term and long-term business goals, overseeing design, development, and delivery of enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Master’s degree advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior IT management role in Tech Services or similar.
• Proven IT strategic planning, organization, and development experience.
• Knowledge of Office 365, BI, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic IT roadmap for applications.
• Oversee IT applications including Office 365, BI tools, CRM, and enterprise systems.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of new software to enhance operations.
• Ensure security of IT applications via robust information security policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for high-quality deliverables.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team with training and support.
• Oversee end-user services including help desk and support.
• Monitor IT system performance for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure SLAs are met and stay current with tech trends.
