Job summary
CHW is seeking an IT Director to lead the IT/BI function, delivering high-quality solutions and aligning technology to business outcomes. You will partner with the COO and business leaders to set strategic direction across IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and business intelligence.
You will own the technology strategy, roadmap, and portfolio management; guide initiatives from sizing to execution; oversee enterprise applications (Yardi, MRI) and data governance; mentor the IT/BI
Qualifications
- 8+ years in IT leadership, preferably IT Director or similar.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technology with business goals.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Yardi or MRI Software.
Responsibilities
- Shape and facilitate technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee intake, prioritization, sizing, and approval of IT/BI projects.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, operations, and user services.
- Direct a solution architecture capability for usable systems.
- Lead cybersecurity direction and audits.
- Develop and mentor the IT/BI team; manage vendor relationships.
