Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for IT infrastructure construction and AV upgrades across occupied corporate offices in the US. The role includes managing projects from initiation through completion with potential overnight travel up to 25% across the United States.

You will lead project delivery teams including architects, engineers, and vendors, ensuring governance, data integrity, and risk management while aligning with CBRE/Turner & Townsend

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, experience + education considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, AV, security, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for IT infrastructure/AV projects.
• Interface with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, and risk.
• Document IT requirements with project team defining technology solutions.
