Job summary

System One's TeamPeople division seeks an IT Audio Visual Specialist to bridge IT and AV operations, supporting mission-critical AV environments and broadcast workflows. You will partner with AV engineers, IT security, and project engineers to strengthen resilience and enable secure collaboration technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT systems, networking, or AV/IT integration.
• Experience with server configuration, virtualization, and workflow tools.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, ACLs, multicast/broadcast, and firewall management.
• Familiarity with AV platforms (Taiden, Crestron, Biamp, streaming servers, MAM).
• Ability to troubleshoot, document, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support AV networking requirements; coordinate changes with AV engineers.
• Identify IT problems affecting AV performance and resolve with IT security teams.
• Maintain PCs for AV control systems and asset inventories; assist with hardware refreshes.
• Administer AV applications, apply updates, manage user accounts, escalate issues.
• Guide AV system traffic, ports, protocols, and connectivity for network changes.
• Coordinate certificate management for AV systems with CA.
• Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities across AV and broadcast systems with security teams.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise IT security standards and apply patches.
• Work with Creative Technologist on MAM workflows and Vantage/Lightspeed/MBAM servers.
• Manage Crestron Fusion and Biamp SageVue deployments; DNS/IP management.
• Occasionally perform after-hours duties as needed.
• Research best practices and contribute to AI-related engagement frameworks.
