The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia seeks an Information Technology Manager for the Division of Recreation and Intercollegiate Athletics (DRIA). The IT Manager will supervise IT Support Specialists, ensuring top-notch support for desktop and mobile hardware and software to DRIA coaches and staff.

The role plans and leads DRIA hardware lifecycle and IT/AV infrastructure development, partnering with ISC, and developing IT policies, vendor relationships, and DRIA governance alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Customer-focus and excellent interpersonal skills in a busy environment.
• Experience leading technical staff and multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to DRIA coaches and staff directly.
• Supervise IT Support Specialists and ensure IT/AV issues are resolved.
• Maintain hardware/software for DRIA lifecycle and coordinate with ISC.
• Develop IT policies, processes, and best practices for DRIA facilities.
• Provide onsite IT/AV support for major events and after-hours needs.
