Job summary

Dunmore International Corp. in Bristol, PA, is seeking an Information Technology Intern to support IT/OT projects, documentation, automation, and data initiatives in a manufacturing technology environment.

You will collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve asset visibility, document systems, and help drive AI-related efforts while adhering to security requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, CS, or related field.
• Interest in information technology, automation, data and manufacturing technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support IT/OT asset management by organizing technology asset information across systems and locations.
• Assist with development and maintenance of internal IT documentation, SOPs, system information, process maps, and knowledge resources.
• Review IT workflows to identify opportunities for improved documentation, self-service, standardization, or automation.
• Support small-scale automation projects using Power Automate, scripting, or other tools.
• Document requirements, benefits, risks, and business considerations for selected technology initiatives.
• Document relationships among enterprise IT, OT systems, data sources, and processes to improve visibility.
• Support data organization and data quality improvement activities.
• Participate in cross-functional technology projects with IT, Engineering, Operations.
• Assist with approved AI-related projects in line with policies and approvals.
• Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
