Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of related work experience.
• CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred.
• Knowledge of internal auditing principles, risk assessment, internal controls, governance, and professional standards.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned operational, financial, and compliance audits with moderate supervision.
• Perform preliminary risk assessments and define audit objectives and scope.
• Develop audit programs and test plans; review processes and supporting documentation; evaluate design and effectiveness; document workpapers.
• Apply critical thinking and professional skepticism to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop audit observations and recommendations; communicate results to stakeholders.
• Assist in data collection and analysis; explore data analytics, AI and emerging technologies to enhance audit coverage.
• Build collaborative relationships with business partners and audit team members.
