Vogrinc Search Group is hiring an IT Internal Audit Manager in Phoenix, AZ. Lead technology-focused audits, evaluate IT controls, support SOX compliance, and partner with IT and business leaders. Strong communication and leadership are essential to success.

The role requires 5+ years in IT audit or risk/compliance, CIA/CISA, AuditBoard experience, and a Bachelor’s in a related field. In-office, Phoenix-based role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• CIA or CISA certification required; CPA or CISSP preferred.
• 5+ years of IT audit or risk/compliance experience with people-management.
• Experience with IT controls, SOX testing, and risk management frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Plan, lead, and execute IT audits including ITGC, application controls, and operational audits.
• Develop and maintain the annual risk-based IT audit plan with Internal Audit leadership.
• Lead SOX IT control testing and remediation tracking.
• Apply COBIT, COSO, NIST, ISO 27001 to assess control environments and risk.
• Supervise and develop audit staff throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and external auditors.
