Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking an IT Audio Visual Analyst II to ensure reliable AV services for meetings and events. You will configure and maintain teleconferencing systems, monitors, projectors, and presentation tools, while documenting activities and managing inventory.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, detail orientation, and teamwork in dynamic environments, with opportunities to influence AV system design and procurements. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, or 6 years AV work experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with AV equipment.
• Technical knowledge of teleconferencing, presentation, and other AV hardware.
• Ability to operate AV tools, components, and accessories; mechanically inclined.
• Skilled at reading technical manuals and OEM documentation.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective interpersonal skills.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to research hardware products and resolve issues effectively.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming authority licensing.
• Capable of lifting and adjusting heavy objects, scaling ladders, and operating lifts while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver audio-visual service levels according to company policies and user requirements.
• Set up, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems, including teleconferencing equipment, monitors, projectors, and presentation tools.
• Respond to support requests via calls, emails, or pages regarding AV software and hardware issues.
• Document installation, repair, and removal of AV equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and audit AV equipment to mitigate risk of loss or damage.
• Perform Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting, using appropriate testing tools and making necessary repairs.
• Provide recommendations for AV system design, controls, and new product purchases.
• Place and verify AV equipment and supply orders, ensuring quality upon delivery.
• Conduct research to support procurement and system development efforts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
