Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment seeks an IT Audio Visual Analyst II to ensure reliable AV services for meetings, presentations, and events. You will configure and maintain teleconferencing systems, monitors, projectors, and presentation tools to support dynamic environments.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and collaboration. A relevant degree or equivalent AV experience, plus a valid driver’s license and gaming-licensing eligibility, are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 6 years AV work experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with AV equipment.
• Technical knowledge of teleconferencing, presentation, and other AV hardware.
• Ability to operate AV tools, components, and accessories; mechanically inclined.
• Reading technical manuals and OEM documentation.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to research hardware products and resolve issues.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming authority licensing.
• Capable of lifting and adjusting heavy objects and operating lifts with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AV service levels according to policies and user requirements.
• Set up, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems including teleconferencing equipment, monitors, projectors, and presentation tools.
• Respond to support requests via calls, emails, or pages regarding AV issues.
• Document installation, repair, and removal of AV equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and audit AV equipment to mitigate risk of loss or damage.
• Perform Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting and repairs.
• Provide design and procurement recommendations for AV systems.
• Place and verify AV equipment and supply orders; ensure quality on delivery.
• Conduct research to support procurement and system development.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

The position involves configuring and maintaining a wide range of AV equipment, from teleconferencing systems to multimedia devices. The analyst documents all service activities, manages inventory, and researches emerging technologies to provide recommendations that enhance organizational capabilities. This position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver audio-visual service levels according to company policies and user requirements.
• Set up, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems, including teleconferencing equipment, monitors, projectors, and presentation tools.
• Respond to support requests via calls, emails, or pages regarding AV software and hardware issues.
• Document installation, repair, and removal of AV equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and audit AV equipment to mitigate risk of loss or damage.
• Perform Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting, using appropriate testing tools and making necessary repairs.
• Provide recommendations for AV system design, controls, and new product purchases.
