EPC is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team to support data security, end-of-life IT asset solutions, and exceptional service. The role focuses on processing and testing IT assets, ensuring data removal, and maintaining compliance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting wage is $17.51 per hour. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, knowledge of IT hardware, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt to new technology.
• Knowledge of computer systems, enterprise equipment, networking gear, and data center hardware.
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic math skills with ability to count IT equipment quickly and accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Process IT assets according to documented procedures while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Test, diagnose, and perform cosmetic or hardware repairs on mobile devices and other products, ensuring full functionality and secure data sanitization.
• Verify customer requirements and apply testing, data removal, and reset procedures for equipment including servers, networking, Cisco, SAN, and data center hardware.
• Perform advanced diagnostics to identify hardware failures and configuration issues.
• Document testing results, asset status, and data erasure records in EPC systems.
• Sort, track, and evaluate assets for resale or proper disposition.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment to support processing and documentation.
• Identify deviations or defects and report them for continuous improvement.
• Maintain data security, quality standards, and compliance.
• Handle equipment in the warehouse, including unpacking, wrapping, palletizing, and transporting.
• Assist with additional tasks to meet operational needs.
