Job summary

EPC Inc is seeking an IT Production Technician – Audit to evaluate and process marketable IT assets such as notebooks, systems, and monitors. The role focuses on testing, grading, and data eradication to meet resale standards, with strong emphasis on quality assurance and team collaboration within the Audit group.

Responsibilities include documenting assets and erasure records, ensuring conformance to EPC security and compliance standards, and preparing equipment for resale or transfer using

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, and sort Notebooks, Systems, and Monitors for resale eligibility.
• Perform data erasure activities, including hard drive wiping and documentation.
• Document inventory, logs, and erasure records in EPC’s Inventory Management Software.
• Clean and prepare IT equipment for resale using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Meet daily production goals while following written procedures and quality standards.
• Handle IT equipment by packing, unpacking, wrapping, sorting, palletizing, and moving items within the warehouse.
