Job summary

Executive-Personal-Computers, Inc. is seeking reliable staff to process IT assets in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Las Vegas/North Las Vegas, NV. You will verify customer requirements, perform data removal, test diverse data center hardware, and document results and asset status.

The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with opportunities for training, benefits, and advancement in a leading IT asset disposition company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate degree in information technology or equivalent IT experience preferred.
• A+, Network+, CCNA certifications preferred.
• Ability to type 50 wpm or faster.

Responsibilities

• Process IT assets per documented procedures meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Verify customer requirements and perform testing, data removal, and reset procedures on servers, networking, Cisco, SAN, and data center hardware.
• Perform advanced diagnostics to identify hardware failures and configuration issues.
• Document testing results, asset status, and data erasure records in EPC systems.
• Sort, track, and evaluate assets for resale or disposition.
• Use hand tools and software to support hardware processing and documentation.
• Report deviations or defects to supervisors for continuous improvement.
• Maintain data security, quality control, and compliance throughout processing.
