CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage the flow of IT hardware and accessories through our stockroom. You'll receive, store, ship, and track equipment, support e-waste disposal, and help keep the warehouse safe and audit-ready.

Responsibilities include receiving inspections, labeling and storage, loading for shipment, logging returns, coordinating disposal and vendor returns, and performing monthly inventory audits.

Qualificações

• Previous warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience preferred.
• Comfortable with asset tracking systems (HAM, Quickbase, or similar) and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and record accuracy.
• Able to lift and move equipment safely.
• Forklift certification a plus (if applicable to the site).
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow standard procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving: Inspect incoming hardware and accessories for damage, log items into HAM as In Stock.
• Storage & Organization: Label items and store securely by category.
• Shipping: Load hardware onto trucks using proper lifting techniques.
• Returns: Verify and log returned hardware daily and update HAM.
• Disposal & Vendor Returns: Identify obsolete assets and process vendor returns monthly.
• Inventory Audits: Perform monthly audits and record counts in Quickbase.
• Forklift Operation: Complete daily checklist and operate equipment if certified.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Keep aisles clear and report hazards.
• Documentation: Maintain HAM updates, returns logs, and disposal records.
