Job summary

CVS Health in Smithfield, RI is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage the flow of IT hardware and accessories through our stockroom. You will receive, store, ship, and track equipment, support e-waste disposal, and keep the warehouse audit-ready.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming hardware, logging items into HAM, labeling with asset tags, shipping with proper lifting, handling returns, disposing of obsolete assets, and performing monthly inventory audits in

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse, stockroom or inventory roles.
Familiarity with asset tracking systems (HAM/Quickbase) and spreadsheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to lift and move equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Receiving: Inspect incoming hardware and log items into HAM as In Stock.
Storage & Organization: Label items with asset tags and store by category.
Shipping: Load hardware onto trucks with proper lifting techniques.
Returns: Verify and log returned hardware; update HAM.
Disposal & Vendor Returns: Identify obsolete assets, dispose of e-waste, and process vendor returns monthly.
Inventory Audits: Perform monthly audits in Quickbase and report discrepancies.
Forklift Operation: Complete daily checklist and operate only if certified.
Safety & Cleanliness: Keep aisles clear and report hazards.
Documentation: Maintain HAM, returns logs and disposal records.
