Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Work experience related to business systems, applications, and/or technology.
• Aptitude for detail work and accuracy.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting ability; ability to work independently and with others.
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing detailed inventory lists.
• Experience managing and maintaining web-based technologies.
• Ability to work with confidential files and/or materials.
• Experience with Windows and Apple operating systems, Intune and server management platforms.
• Understanding of cyber security fundamentals and vulnerability research.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal hardware and software asset tracking lists.
• Ensure regular operating system vulnerability remediation tasks are completed.
• Complete regular compliance report and evidence tasks.
• Collaborate with Desktop Support for vetting and approval of new software.
• Assess, plan and execute remediations, in partnership with IT teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and departments on updates and future needs.
• Review requests and analyze solutions to support project stakeholders.
