Job summary

Clearview Federal Credit Union is seeking an IT Asset Management Administrator to oversee hardware and software lifecycles, licensing, and mobile device administration. The role partners with IT, procurement, and security to ensure accurate records, policy compliance, and cost-optimized technology investments.

Responsibilities include managing hardware inventory, software licenses, and MDM platforms, plus audits and reporting to drive optimization and risk reduction across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3+ years in IT asset management or related role.
• Experience with inventory/asset management systems.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune, Jamf or Workspace ONE (MDM).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing and software asset management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and devices.
• Administer software licensing programs and renewals; track entitlements.
• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform and device enrollment.
• Develop asset management procedures and support audits.
• Create dashboards and reports on asset inventory, license utilization, and costs.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity for risk remediation related to devices and software.
