Job summary

EPC is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team to support our mission of delivering exceptional service and innovative IT asset solutions. The role involves identifying valuable IT equipment, researching values, repairing and parting out devices, and ensuring data is removed before sale.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Applicant has typing skills and be able to perform constant data entry.
Resume shows a background working with computers.
Work history doing hardware repair.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Outgoing, energetic personality with ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
Creativity in marketing and ability to understand value of IT products.

Responsibilities

Identify valuable IT equipment and prep for sale.
Research values of IT equipment.
Repair and part out IT equipment (PCs, Notebooks, Printers, Servers, etc.).
Ensure all customer data has been removed from IT equipment.
Travel for in/out of state special projects when required – Optional.
Lift up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally with/without accommodation.
Other duties as assigned by department.
