Job summary

EPC, Inc. is seeking a road transport professional to drive a 26' box truck, load and unload equipment, and perform data wiping on drives. The role requires frequent overnight travel and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain DOT certification within 90 days. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to obtain DOT certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience driving 26' trucks or larger preferred (NJ/FL exception).
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Report showing clean history.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to job requests and identify equipment to be removed from customers' facility.
• Load/unload tracks, pack/unpacking, wrap skids, move computer equipment.
• Make scheduled pickups and deliveries using a 26’ box truck.
• Pack and wrap equipment on pallets for shipping; load trucks with pallets.
• Maintain bills of lading and electronic driver logs; ensure data sanitization of drives.
• Work on the road with frequent overnight trips up to 3-4 nights per week.
• Drive company box trucks to designated sites; support warehouse tasks when not on the road.
• Other duties as assigned by department; potential overtime in fast-paced environment.
