Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a skilled IT Asset Manager to own the complete lifecycle of enterprise IT assets—from procurement through deployment and maintenance—ensuring accountability and optimal technology delivery across the organization.

You will manage hardware and software lifecycles, implement DCIM solutions, and coordinate with IT Systems Engineers and business teams to enable smooth deployments at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of computer components and IT hardware.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Experience with asset and inventory tracking systems or tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

This role manages the complete lifecycle of IT assets across the enterprise, from procurement through deployment and maintenance, working with IT Systems Engineers and business teams to ensure accountability and optimal technology delivery.

What You'll Do

• Research, select, order, and manage lifecycle of IT hardware and software including workstations, servers, network hardware, and appliances
• Manage endpoint specifications and selection across Anduril teams
• Implement asset tracking systems and Data Center Infrastructure Manager (DCIM) tools
• Assist with imaging and configuration of systems and devices for deployment to multiple sites
• Serve as point of contact for Corporate Technology teams providing procurement guidance and assistance
• Track and ship hardware to remote sites and coordinate build-outs with Facilities, Security, and Cybersecurity teams

What You Need

• Advanced knowledge of computer components and IT hardware
