Responsibilities

• Lead the development, issuance, and management of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for construction and professional services.
• Coordinate input on SOWs with Engineering, Legal, and Finance; ensure deliverables, timelines, and metrics.
• Monitor contract lifecycle milestones, change orders, and award recommendations.
• Assist in procurement for government-funded projects (schools, clinics, grants).
• Use AI tools to support vendor analysis, document drafting, and sourcing insights.
