DirectViz Solutions, LLC (DVS) seeks a Procurement & Inventory Control Specialist to manage IT asset procurement, inventory control, and lifecycle management on-site in Alexandria, VA. The role supports service desk operations and customer support with a focus on asset accuracy and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow experience, IT asset management background, and excellent analytical and communication skills to drive procurement efficiency and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 9+ years with HS diploma.
• Experience in procurement, inventory control, supply chain, or IT asset management.
• 2–3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT hardware procurement from request to receipt, deployment, and disposition.
• Negotiate with vendors and maintain supplier relationships.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory in ServiceNow.
• Maintain asset records and inventory levels, including bench stock.
• Conduct audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Generate reports and dashboards for inventory and deployment metrics.
