Agile Resources, Inc. is seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to support a high-impact special project within the IT organization in Malvern, PA.

The role focuses on asset intake, tracking, reconciliation, and data management with emphasis on accuracy and Excel-based analysis. The candidate will handle asset records, software license reconciliation, and data analysis to ensure compliance and alignment with business needs.

• Support IT asset intake and ongoing asset lifecycle management activities.
• Track, update, and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Perform software license reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and assisting with resolution.
• Analyze and manage asset data using Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, reconciliation).
• Provide general asset management and administrative support as needed.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are documented and aligned with business needs.

IT Asset Management Contractor II Onsite or Hybrid – Malvern, PA Contract | Special Project Pay | $40-$55/hr W2

We are seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to support a high-impact special project within the IT organization. This role will focus on IT asset intake, tracking, reconciliation, and data management, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and Excel-based analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented IT professional who enjoys working with data, ensuring compliance, and supporting enterprise asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT asset intake and ongoing asset lifecycle management activities

Required Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software licensing and compliance tracking
• Familiarity working in large enterprise or project-based environments
• Relevant degree, certification, and/or equivalent professional experience
