Job summary

Upbound Group invites a Summer Intern to join the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team at our Plano, Texas headquarters. You will assist with entitlement management, inventory reconciliation, and data quality efforts within a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

The role offers practical exposure to licensing, software lifecycle tracking, and governance processes, with a focus on analytics, reporting, and optimization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or enrolled in higher education with GPA 3.2+.
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to research and document findings independently.
• Interest in ITAM, data analytics, and IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with software entitlement management records and licensing documentation.
• Support software compliance reviews and vendor audits.
• Track EOS/EOL status and vendor lifecycle information.
• Validate software inventory data and cleanup duplicates.
• Produce software asset reports and KPI dashboards.
• Assist with license optimization and renewal data.
