Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Lake Mary, Florida, is seeking an IT Asset & IT Documentation Analyst I to support IT asset management and documentation initiatives.

The role collaborates with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, vendors, and MHIA to maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness. On-site required in Lake Mary; the analyst will manage asset records, lifecycle events, procurement, and governance, while contributing to process improvements and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, business or related field as listed.
• Minimum two years of IT Asset Management, inventory, procurement, or related experience.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records in ITAM/ITSM platforms.
• Manage lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, receiving, deployment and disposal.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile asset data.
• Handle purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoicing with SAP/Coupa/Ariba.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and governance records.
