Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Lake Mary, Florida, is seeking an IT Asset & IT Documentation Analyst I to support IT asset management, procurement, documentation, audits, and governance. This on-site role collaborates with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and MHIA to ensure asset accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidate has a BA/BS and 2+ years in ITAM, inventory, procurement, or related fields, with strong Excel and ITSM experience and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, IS, Business, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in IT Asset Management, inventory management, IT operations, procurement, or related areas.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records in Asset Management and ITSM platforms.
• Support full asset lifecycle: procurement, receiving, deployment, transfer, recovery and disposal.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Track asset ownership, inventory levels, and asset recovery activities.
• Support software asset management and license compliance.
