Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Lake Mary, Florida, is seeking an IT Asset & IT Documentation Analyst I to support the administration and continuous improvement of the company's IT Asset Management (ITAM) program.

This role maintains asset records, supports lifecycle management, procurement activities, and ensures accurate documentation while collaborating with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and MHIA stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in IT Asset Management, inventory management, IT operations, procurement, finance operations, documentation management, or related area.
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle processes and documentation management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records in approved ITAM platforms.
• Support asset lifecycle: procurement, receiving, deployment, transfer, recovery, and disposal.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Track asset ownership, inventory levels, equipment assignments, and recovery.
• Support software asset management and license compliance efforts.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions, POs, and goods receipts using SAP, Coupa, and other systems.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, vendors, and MHIA stakeholders on asset-related transactions.
• Maintain procurement, asset, and financial documentation for audits and governance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and governance records.
• Assist with audit readiness and IT compliance initiatives.
• Manage ITSM tickets related to assets, procurement, and operations.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards for asset metrics.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, MHIA and business stakeholders.
• Participate in technology refreshes, office moves, and inventory projects.
