Central Point Partners, LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a practical logistics helper to manage incoming computer hardware and basic quality checks. You will inventory components, read serial numbers, and log data into our SaaS system with accuracy.

Responsibilities include powering on devices, notifying clients by email, packing for shipment, printing labels, and transporting packages to the FedEx office. Training is provided, with no specialized skills required beyond basic asset handling.

Primarily logistics. Beyond literally receiving and shipping package, they have to unpack and inventory components for computers that come in, read serial numbers off the computer, make notes in a SaaS inventory management system, plug the computer into an ethernet cable to ensure it turns on, notify the client by email that the computer turned on (client does all the provisioning), pack the computer for later shipping, print, affix labels for the shipping, and transport the computer to the local FedEx office (I've got a dolly and there is a facility 5 blocks up from us or they can take it any their car.

Nothing skilled is required but obviously asset management background would help. Its important not note that the computers are full-sized monitors, not laptops so while they aren't crazy heavy, there IS a fair amount of lifting involved with the job.
