Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking a Solution Center Technician to support the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) contract. This role blends technical support, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and asset lifecycle duties to ensure timely delivery, maintenance, and disposition of IT equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing technical support services.
• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management.
• Experience with inventory management, asset tracking, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments to meet contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and disposition in accordance with procedures.
• Create, manage, and close tickets related to hardware and parts orders.
• Receive, store, inventory, and ship IT materials per operational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer and contract needs.
