Job summary

NTT DATA in Batavia, IL seeks a SCA Warehouse Specialist to manage IT assets, coordinate shipments, and maintain CMDB records from receiving to delivery. The role involves data entry, license management, and supporting the Service Desk with onboarding accounts.

You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate reporting, and compliance with program policies. The position includes lifting up to 30 pounds and operating warehouse equipment, with a standard benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset and inventory records and manage related tickets.
• Review and maintain software license assignments.
• Assist Service Desk with onboarding of accounts.
• Ship, receive, track orders, and order IT stocked equipment.
• Produce asset inventory and license reports for program management weekly.
• Coordinate with 3rd party shipping/delivery vendors.
• Create and document CMDB/CI items and asset tagging.
• Ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment and loading/unloading.
• Document work performed for ticket SLAs and update CMDB entries.
