Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks a SCA Warehouse Specialist in Batavia, IL to manage assets, coordinate shipping/receiving, and support IT hardware/software lifecycle reporting. You will maintain CMDB records, assist ServiceDesk onboarding, and prepare weekly asset reports.

Strong data-entry and customer-service skills are essential. Role requires a valid driver's license, HS diploma, and 2+ years in Office software and service-oriented environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a strong focus to understand the impact of their work when completing tickets and assigned Inventory and Asset Management tasks.
• Becomes knowledgeable with guidelines set by contractual agreements with suppliers and maintains a strong customer focus.
• Data Entry and Asset Management
• Reviewing and Maintenance of license assignment for software installations
• Assisting ServiceDesk with onboarding of accounts
• Shipping, receiving, tracking orders
• Order IT stocked equipment
• Produce asset inventory, stock equipment inventory, license inventory, and various reports to program management weekly
