Job summary

Sprout is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate in Garland, TX to coordinate driver logistics, receiving and dispatching equipment, and ensure accurate documentation. You will support data entry, BOL verification, and load tracking while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires experience in IT asset disposition or similar environments, strong Excel skills, and the ability to type 40 wpm. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset disposition (ITAD) or similar environment.
• Inventory management experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet drivers, verify load numbers, and manage driver documentation.
• Oversee the safe handling of equipment with proper documentation requirements.
• Organize and manage relevant documents, ensuring proper filing and storage.
• Accurately collect and enter data into the system.
• Inspect equipment against Bills of Lading (BOLs) and photograph for records.
• Ensure customer-specific requirements are met during handling processes.
• Conduct cycle counts, manage stock levels, and perform outbound scanning and sealing of equipment.
• Keep the system updated with real-time load statuses.
• Conduct regular safety checks and drills to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Perform quality checks on equipment to ensure standards are met.
