Job summary

Sprout is seeking a Terminal Operator to safely run the ITAD terminal, overseeing receipt, storage, and dispatch of electronic equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will coordinate drivers, verify loads, manage documentation, collect data, and inspect equipment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance while maintaining stock levels and real-time system updates. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset disposition (ITAD) or a similar environment preferred.
• Experience in inventory management required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and verify load numbers.
• Receive and dispatch IT equipment with proper documentation.
• Maintain document management and data entry.
• Inspect equipment and verify against Bills of Lading.
• Ensure customer-specific requirements are met during handling.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, stock levels, outbound scanning.
• Update system with real-time load statuses.
• Conduct safety checks and drills to ensure safety protocols.
• Perform quality checks on equipment and ensure compliance with standards.
