Job summary

Lufco is seeking an IT property logistics professional with a focus on Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and hardware asset management. The role emphasizes precise tracking, accountability, and coordination with the Government Property Book Officer across audits and disposal cycles.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or an Associate’s Degree, plus at least 3 years in IT property logistics within a DoD or federal contracting environment. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT hardware assets and lifecycle tracking.
• Familiarity with government tracking practices and audit readiness.
• Strong attention to accuracy and records maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute physical receiving, shipping, warehousing, and inventory control for GFE and IT hardware assets.
• Maintain property accountability records using government tools; update GFE Tracking Log.
• Coordinate with the Government Property Book Officer for audits, hand-receipt maintenance, and disposal processing.
• Provide IT logistics and asset management support across primary duty locations.
• Keep status updated in the tracking log within one business day of any movement or issue.
• Report lost, stolen, or damaged GFE to COR and GPO within 24 hours.
