Qualifications

• Associate degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of two years of professional IT asset management experience.
• Knowledge of IT asset management principles and license tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle management of IT hardware and software assets.
• Coordinate inventory control, asset tracking, and software entitlement tracking.
• Configure and deploy workstations; assemble and test equipment.
• Receive, store, and distribute technology gear; maintain warehouse organization.
• Work with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and procedures for asset management.
• Support audits and ensure data integrity in asset records.
• Assist with technology receiving, warehousing, and deployment processes.
