Job summary

Aaon Coil Products Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Longview, TX to oversee maintenance of the facility, machinery, and infrastructure. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial/facility maintenance or construction.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and preventive maintenance concepts is desirable.
Ability to read and follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular facility inspections and address maintenance issues.
Perform routine maintenance, system checks, and electrical/plumbing inspections.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (pumps, motors, generators, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and manage preventive maintenance schedule.
Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Assist with basic carpentry and exterior facility upkeep; support safety training.
