Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and IT services.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work with databases/spreadsheets.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to learn internal controls and procurement policies.
• Reliable attendance and good communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inventory control using the Judiciary Inventory Control Software (JICS).
• Receive, tag, and record assets; coordinate deployments, transfers, and returns.
• Deliver and set up computer equipment; track asset location and status.
• Maintain asset lifecycle records from procurement to disposal.
• Provide backup help-desk support and document technical issues.
• Conduct physical audits to ensure accurate asset records.
