Job summary

DMD Systems Recovery LLC is hiring an Inventory Associate in Austin, TX to maintain the location and accuracy of assets in the warehouse. This role covers placement, movement, maintenance, and retrieval of items to ensure stock levels support sales and production.

You will participate in cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation while maintaining knowledge of shipping and asset management procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Basic math and reading skills; ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all warehouse locations are accurately marked.
• Place items in proper locations, move equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Pick assets and assist with bulk and individual orders.
• Monitor and correct material movements.
• Audit and count inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Manage all movement lists pre- and post-production.
• Oversee the box program: print labels for each cycle, sort by company, and ship hollow boxes as required.
• Manage redeployment cleaning processes.
