Job summary

HighPoint is seeking a logistics-focused professional to manage warehouse inventory for our customers. You will receive, sort, and re-bundle items per current requirements, and prepare bundles for domestic and global distribution.

The role includes participating in bi-weekly logistics calls and maintaining SharePoint inventory records. You’ll also document client requests for invoicing and support ad-hoc strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or above.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, transportation, logistics, business, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years previous experience with industry procedures, costs, and terms (preferred).
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory control for HighPoint customers.
• Order, track, and report inventory and deliveries.
• Correspond with customers and report client requests.
• Assist other team members to meet schedules.
• Implement new strategies and initiatives with managers and team members.
• Inform management of ongoing performance issues.
• Track and communicate shipment details and ETAs to clients daily.
• Work onsite in a warehouse environment.
• Asset tagging of customer equipment as requested.
• Prepare equipment for shipping (loading/wrapping/strapping).
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with couriers and third-party services for late, lost, or damaged items.
• Adhere to ISO standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
