Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an IT Asset Analyst for our Apopka, Florida onsite facility. The role focuses on inventory management for incoming and outgoing IT equipment within an warehouse setting, including some purchasing duties and asset tracking using ServiceNow.

We are a healthcare-focused team seeking a self-motivated individual to manage asset lifecycles, coordinate onsite activities, and support inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management.
• Experience with purchasing IT hardware.
• Ability to differentiate between IT hardware components (routers, switches, Cat5 cables).

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment from receipt to disposal.
• Work onsite in the inventory warehouse handling incoming/outgoing assets.
• Utilize ServiceNow daily for asset tracking and management tasks.
• Perform purchasing duties for IT inventory as required.
• Travel to other central Florida locations may be required.
