Job summary

Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement is seeking an Inventory & Asset Coordinator to manage hardware inventory, tracking, and procurement across multiple sites. The role supports audits, standardizes asset processes, and liaises with IT and business teams to ensure timely deployment and recovery of equipment.

The position requires 3–5+ years in inventory, familiarity with asset management tools (ServiceNow/SCCM/JAMF), and the ability to lift 50 pounds in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field or 3+ years of related experience.
• 3 to 5+ years of inventory experience.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with inventory software.
• Experience with enterprise asset management tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, JAMF, or similar platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience supporting remote workforce hardware logistics.
• Familiarity with data center or infrastructure hardware environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for desktops, laptops, servers, and network gear.
• Track stock levels across the enterprise including international sites.
• Plan asset procurement to maintain optimal stock.
• Maintain asset tracking systems and liaison with other departments.
• Investigate discrepancies and minimize loss using best practices.
• Review hardware requests and escalate when needed.
• Develop standardized asset tracking processes and documentation.
• Support audits and generate utilization reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and lifecycle management.
