Job summary

Azad Technology Partners is seeking a Computer Hardware and Software Support professional to join the End User Asset Management team. This hybrid position is based in Vancouver, WA, requiring onsite work 4 days per week. The ideal candidate will handle hardware and software asset management, coordinate logistics, and provide excellent customer support.

The role offers an hourly pay of $37.33, with opportunities for long-term employment and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and 401K plans. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for a degree in IT.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in Computer/Information Technology providing hardware and/or software support.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.
• One or more relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warehousing, tracking, distribution, and recovery of hardware assets.
• Administering the Agency's mobile device program.
• Support IT Asset Management Specialist in coordination activities.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications

Knowledge of hardware and software lifecycle management

Logistics and/or warehouse systems experience

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Tools

Procurement and/or asset ordering systems
