You will coordinate with vendors and campus partners, support IT purchasing, and use enterprise tools to track orders and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Procurement and vendor coordination experience with IT hardware.
• Experience receiving, tracking, and distributing IT hardware.
• Ability to support users purchasing and hardware needs across varying technical levels.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet state driving requirements.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• IT Hardware Asset & Logistics Management: receive, inspect, tag, and maintain inventory records.
• Customer & Service Management: provide responsive IT purchasing and hardware-related support.
• Vendor & Procurement Coordination: track orders, resolve discrepancies, ensure timely delivery.
• Knowledge & Continuous Improvement: contribute to knowledge base and process improvements.
• Security & Compliance: follow university security policies and handle assets securely.
