Job summary

LingaTech, LLC is seeking an IT Business & Financial Analyst to support budgeting, invoices, purchase orders, procurement, reporting, and day-to-day admin within the IT Technology Operations team.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, able to work independently, and can align forecasts with actual spending while coordinating with IT, Finance, and Procurement professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, IT administration, procurement, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience working with large data sets.
• Experience with budgeting, invoice management, financial reporting, or procurement processes.
• Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an IT Business & Financial Analyst to support financial and operational processes within an IT Technology Operations organization. This role will help manage budgets, invoices, purchase orders, procurement, reporting, and day-to-day administrative activities.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to quickly research and learn new processes. This position serves as a key connection between IT teams and Finance, helping ensure accurate financial tracking, timely invoice processing, and alignment between forecasts and actual spending.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted research and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
